Those of you who run ARs are probably familiar with Diamondhead sights. The geometry makes them easy to center, extremely fast and precise. But if you’re using an optic, especially the longer variable-power patrol optics, you know what a pain conventional fixed or folding iron sights can be. And if you’re like me, you don’t like having fixed offset iron sights sticking out there to hang up on random obstacles. The D-45 Offset Sighting System solves the problem.

A great design perfectly executed, D-45’s lie flat and straight fore-and-aft on your top rail with minimal protrusion to the side. You can even tuck the rear sight under your optic. But when you need them, just push the release tabs and they spring out to the side and up. Roll your AR counterclockwise, sight in and engage. They stay zeroed, give you the same height over bore as factory A2 sights and fold and lock back flat easily. This design requires superior materials and precision engineering. Diamondhead’s got it.
