The Counselor is a 9mm, 3.5-inch barrel, 1911 Officer Model, based on a shortened lightweight aluminum frame, complete with an aluminum mainspring housing and grip safety. This pistol features positive front cocking serrations that protrude out from the side for a unique look and excellent grip for a press check.
As with all Nighthawk Custom pistols, the Counselor is customizable to your liking. The pistol is available with an aluminum or steel frame. The aluminum frame brings a four ounce weight savings to the pistol. The Counselor is also available with several different finish options ranging from nitride to DLC or stainless. You can also choose between two sets of grips. The standard grips are a custom engineered set of G10 grips while an upgrade to wood grips is available.
